RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
We accept returns or exchanges on new, unaltered merchandise within (30) days from the date that the order was delivered. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
We offer free returns, which means that we will supply a shipping label in the event that the return is processed for either STORE CREDIT or PRODUCT EXCHANGES.
If you are requesting a refund, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return.
The average processing time is 7 business days and refund will only be applied to the original form of payment.
Only Items purchased from www.aceofclubsgolfco.com with valid order information are eligible for returns and exchanges.

Our free shipping and returns offers only apply to orders shipped within the domestic USA.
All orders placed with our FREE SHIPPING will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail Service.

All sale items are final sale items and not eligible for a return or exchange.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
A manufacturers warranty is available (90) days from the purchase date, and is limited to defects in craftsmanship only.
International customers are responsible for all costs associated with a warranty claim.
LEATHER DISCLAIMER
We use Italian calfskins, which have been dyed and finished to look and feel like exotic animal skins. As a result, all natural markings and imperfections are visible and expected. Also, the pattern and color of the leather may vary slightly from the website presentation.
Our factory uses the tumble dying process, which involves placing the leather and dye into a rotating drum. The constant tumbling action ensure even dye penetration of the leather, resulting in a consistent color across the entire leather surface.
The leather is then sealed to ensure that the dye does not bleed onto clothing. However, this issue can occur if the leather is exposed to conditions of extreme heat or excessive moisture.
LASER ENGARVING DISCLAIMER
The laser engraving color-fill process is completed by hand, and is not an exact science due to the fact that we use full grain cowhide leather for our items. Meaning that the results of the color-fill may vary because each piece of leather varies in porosity and texture, which will effect the variance in appearance, color or brightness from the live preview or proof provided.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All items that have been made-to-order are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
GENUINE EXOTIC BELTS
All genuine exotic belts are considered custom orders because they are made-to-order. However, they are eligible for returns or exchanges minus a 25% re-stocking fee.
