This is just one of the great views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains before plummeting over a steep ledge down to the hole’s postage stamp green.

The Home Course is one of the golf courses that I have had on my short list to play since our company relocated to the Seattle area in 2014.
Located just off the Puget Sound, and just down the street from Chambers Bay, this golf course produces a very serene setting for a round of golf. I would best describe the golf course as a linksy-style with generous fairways and large greens. The course does not play that long, especially in the winter season, but it still presents a challenge. The course's real defense is its large undulating greens. Most of which are crowned making it difficult if you hit the wrong section of the green or short-side yourself.
You will see from the scorecard above that the course can play anywhere from 5,442 yards to 7,424 yards, making the course a challenge for a player of any skill level.
Recently, the local U.S. Open qualifier was held at the Home Course where 67 was took medalist honors.
In addition, the Home Course offers a great practice facility, and I really wish it was located closer to Seattle so I could play it more often.
